چکیده
This study collates compositional analysis of seaweeds data with information generated from in vitro gas production assays the presence and absence seaweeds. The aim was to assess rank 27 native northern European as potential feed ingredients for use reduce methane emissions ruminants. It provides future vivo dietary trials concerning manipulation strategies CH 4 efficiently domestic ruminants based on seaweed supplementation. H. siliquosa A. nodosum belonging phylum Phaeophyta displayed highest concentration phlorotannins antioxidant activity among macroalgae giving anti-methanogenic effect , while this explanation not valid observed reduction when supplementing C. filum L. digitata study. D. carnosa tenuicorne Rhodophyta had protein content that reduced . There were no obvious conducted U. lactuca Chlorophyta strongest most complete inhibition Asparagopsis taxiformis used a positive control

Strategies to Reduce Methane Production in Ruminants
Ruminant animals play an important role in the food chain for evaluate cellulose and non-protein nitrogenous (NPN) compounds absorbed partially or not by other farm animals and humans. However, ruminant animals also bring some disadvantages. Methane, produced as a natural consequence of the ruminal digestion and it is a potential green house gas, is a problem, both ecologically and economically...

In the present study, the therapeutic potential of bacteriophages virulent to Staphylococcus aureus associated with goat mastitis were isolated, identified and assessed. Staphylococcus aureus (host or indicator bacterium) was isolated from a goat suffering from clinical mastitis. Based on cultural, morphological, biochemical tests and amplification of S. aureus specific thermonuclease gene inPC...

Seaweeds are a large and diverse group of marine organisms that are commonly found in the maritime regions of the world. They are an excellent source of biologically active secondary metabolites and have been shown to exhibit a wide range of therapeutic properties, including anti-cancer, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-diabetic activities. Several Asian cultures have a strong tradition...
